Synopsis
Shekhar and his friend Shyam went to a Hill-Station for a change and stayed in a Guest House owned by one Mr. Singh who was a crook behind his mask of goodness. Young Beena was a dancer in that Guest House. Singh had his eyes on her and kept her under his thumb. She had realized his passion for her and felt scared, but being all alone in the world, was unable to make a decision.

Shekhar fell in love with her and Singh grew jealous. One night when he tried to win her by force, Shekhar rescued her and left the hotel.

Shekhar took Beena to his home and told his mother about his desire to marry her. When the marriage was planned Singh appeared. Shekhar was not at home, so Singh slipped in his house and poisoned his mother’s mind by telling her lies about Beena and made her believe that she had been living as his mistress. Beena left Shekhar's home in confusion and embarassment.

Shekhar felt that his world was lost to him. Yet he had to marry to fulfill his mother’s wish. But the marriage proved unhappy. His wife Neela was a hypersensitive girl and she felt that Shekhar did not love her. Jealousy spread like wild fire in her heart and one day she found out everything about Beena and Shekhar. The shock of it made her go crazy.

Shekhar took her to a mental hospital where he found that the nurse who was attending his wife was none other than Beena. It was a shock for the lovers. The evil shadow of Singh haunted Beena there too. He prayed to her to be his wife, but she refused him once again. Singh grew wild and told Neela that the girl who was nursing her was the reason for her unhappiness. Neela who was feeling better underwent another shock and grew crazier. One night she was found murdered! Beena was arrested by the police on the charge of poisoning Neela. Who poisoned her...Beena?...or Singh? Find out...
