Karan and Tanya spend some time together and he feels confident enough to profess his true feelings to her. He decides to do so the day after the Inter-Collegiate dance competition, which Tanya wins. But in a strange quirk of fate before he could do so Tanya has to leave the country and go to Dubai.

Three years pass by and Karan is still unable to get Tanya out of his mind. Sunny who happens to be the younger son of Khurana Don is also after Tanya as she has a parrot that carries the code to an anti-aging formula.

Tanya is living in Dubai with an old friend Supriya and Tommy - an adopted handicapped friend. Tommy is very protective and suspicious in nature.

Meanwhile, Karan hires a detective to fly to Dubai and look for Tanya. He instructs the detective to inform him as soon as he finds Tanya so that he could come to Dubai.

When Rocky sees Tanya he falls for her. His motive now is to keep Karan away from Tanya. Hence, he fools Karan into believing that Tanya is an obese mother of six children.

A broken hearted Karan is about to return to India when he sees an ad featuring Tanya’s debut music-album release date and decides to stay back and meet her.

When Tanya’s music album releases Sunny and his gang see it on television and immediately fly to Dubai to get the parrot.

Karan meets Tanya amongst all this chaos.

The complication between Tanya's admirers thickens and leads to the hilarious climax at the picturesque Dubai.
